Grayson’s One On One Care housing program

Program overview

Grayson’s One On One Care LLC offers a supportive housing program designed to assist individuals who may need affordable housing support while receiving care or transitioning toward greater financial independence.

Who qualifies for the housing program?

Individuals who receive home care services through Grayson’s One On One Care LLC and receive Social Security, SSI, SSDI, or other disability benefits may qualify for the housing program. Eligibility is determined based on individual circumstances, available documentation, income, benefits, and program requirements.

4–6 month housing contract

Individuals who do not currently receive home care services through Grayson’s One On One Care LLC may be placed under a 4–6 month housing contract. Under this arrangement:

  • The individual will enter into an initial housing agreement for a period of four (4) to six (6) months.
  • The individual will be responsible for the agreed-upon monthly housing payment during the contract period.
  • During the four-to-six-month period, Grayson’s One On One Care LLC will monitor the individual’s circumstances and progress toward independently maintaining their housing expenses.
  • At the end of the initial contract period, the individual’s situation will be reevaluated.
  • If the individual is not yet financially able to independently maintain their housing expenses, Grayson’s One On One Care LLC may consider extending the housing arrangement for an additional period, subject to program availability and a new or revised agreement.

Program purpose

The purpose of this program is to provide temporary housing support while helping individuals work toward long-term housing stability and financial independence. Participation in the program does not automatically guarantee permanent housing. Continued participation is subject to eligibility, compliance with the applicable housing agreement, and periodic reevaluation.
